This novel depicts a journey of awakening and self-discovery. Emerging from a traumatic past, Sofia is unexpectedly chosen to embark on an epic one-year adventure from a mystery school, where she goes through life-changing realisations. Among many other explorations, this mystical journey leads her to connect with indigenous tribes in New Zealand, live in Yoga ashrams in India, experience plant medicine ceremonies with Shamans in Peru, and hike the Himalayas in search of a mystical civilisation. However, the real treasure of this journey is that it is a paradigm-shifting voyage of inner awakening; a revelation of who Sofia truly is; a peek into human psychology; a quest to heal and integrate her body, mind, heart and soul; and a discovery of the profound sacredness of nature, life and the universe.
Sometimes life can feel challenging & you might be needing something to help you feel better. Reading this book was like pushing the reset button on a few unhelpful thoughts/habits. Perspective is everything & this book provides that in every way. It’s a really good reminder to trust that the path you are on is telling you something & perhaps you are not always ready to listen.
I folded over pages, took photos of quotes & called mates to pass on the gems I read along the way. I even bought this book for a friend & made another download it on Kindle so we could discuss our learnings. I have looked back at this book many times when I’m feeling out of sorts & it continues to remind me…that it will all be okay.

Honestly, this is hands down one of my all-time favourite books. You would be doing yourself a disservice to not read it!
Catia Batalha has written the most wonderful book that I have just had the joy of reading. It’s really unlike any other book I have ever read as it is a little autobiographical, a little fictional and quite educational too. This book takes the reader on an extraordinary journey of awakening and transformation. As a result I feel transformed after reading it, somehow this beautiful, insightful writing has brought me into a deeper understanding of life, the universe and everything. It has shown me how we can see and feel EVERYTHING and still come from a place of pure love.
I am truly grateful to Catia for channeling/writing this book and I encourage others to read it. I think it will become a worldwide sensation!

One of the most interesting books I`ve ever read. Shows us different cultures, belief systems, wisdom and ancient traditions from different people and countries.
